Fees, Insurance & Reimbursement

At PaxThera, we are committed to offering high-quality, compassionate mental health care in a personalized and supportive environment.

• Initial Intake Session (60 minutes): $250
  Your first session includes a comprehensive assessment to better understand your background, needs, and therapy goals.
  

• Standard Therapy Session (45 minutes): $200 Ongoing sessions are designed to support your personal growth, healing, and mental wellness.
  

Using Out-of-Network Benefits

If you would like to use insurance, PaxThera can work with you to receive partial reimbursement for sessions through your out-of-network benefits.

Here’s how we help:

• We’ll work with you to understand and confirm your out-of-network mental health coverage using Mentaya.

• We provide superbills—detailed receipts that include all the necessary information for insurance reimbursement.
